Background: Bronchial sensitive individuals are prone to develop many health issues from airborne allergens, and viral bacterial respiratory infections. Studies have shown that allergen causes allergies asthma in the susceptible population. Some other environmental factors such as tobacco smoke, air pollution diet also been linked an increased risk for onset of asthma. The burden is increasing day by but exact etiology yet unknown. genetic predisposition thought play a role causation disease, how they interact cause it still being investigated. Methods & Study Design: A Cross- sectional analytical study design was used determine various can trigger their association with control among school aged asthmatic children, 4-12 years age. questionnaire find out attacks. Data represented form tables chi square test control. Results: total 196 children parents participated this study. chi-square showed female more effectively compared male parents. majority 118 (60.2%) were living urban areas, 180 (91.8%) had low income adequacy level, 119 (60.7%) parents' homes 1-2 rooms, congested/poor ventilated. Environmental direct link Children exposure passive-smoking 106 (54.08%), exercise (p =.035*), sports =.015*), cold weather =.002*), seasonal allergy allergic rhinitis =.004*), small =.008*) and, uneducated (no education or primary only) =.035*) associated high rates. Conclusion: Asthma influenced factors. By modifying factors, we improve number episodes children.
